Vancaro Sterling Silver Ring Set

I decided not to assign a type for the secondary stone, as I would only be guessing.  My best guess is that they are either lab created pink sapphires, or possibly lab created pink tourmaline.  Vancaro uses several different pink lab created stones, and I am not the ring sets original owner. Finally, full transparency while this is a beautiful ring at an affordable price, there are a few oxidization spots in several places, as silver tends to do over time if not stored correctly and cleaned regularly. I was not able to completely remove the spots with a silver cleaning cloth, but I would imagine they could be removed with a silver cleaning product. Ring size 4 & 3/4 (4.75).
