The M95P32-I and M95P32-E, crafted with ST's advanced NVM tech, provide byte flexibility, page alterability, high cycling performance, and ultra-low power consumption akin to EEPROM. These 32-Mbit SPI page EEPROMs, with 8192 programmable 512-byte pages, feature high-speed dual- and quad-SPI outputs. They include two extra 512-byte identification pages. The M95P32-I operates at 1.6 to 3.6 V, -40 to +85°C, while the M95P32-E extends to +105°C. Both support up to 80 MHz clock frequency. They offer byte and page write instructions, auto-erase and program operations, and accept various erase commands. Memory can be fast-programmed and optimized using the page program with buffer load instruction.
