The DMM6500 is a 6 ½-digit bench/system DMM delivering more measurement functionality, best-in-class measurement insight, and a price that will not break your budget. The most recognizable feature of the DMM6500 is the large 5-inch capacitive touchscreen display that makes it easy to observe, interact with, and explore measurements with pinch-and-zoom simplicity. Beyond its display technology, the DMM6500’s superior analog measurement performance delivers 25 ppm basic DC voltage accuracy for one year and 30 ppm for two years, potentially allowing you to extend your calibration cycles. The DMM65000 is equipped with all the measurement functions you would expect in a bench multimeter so there is no need to buy additional measurement capabilities. Its 15 measurement functions, including capacitance, temperature, diode test, and 1Msample/s, 18-bit voltage or current digitizing are all standard features. The DMM6500 has built-in intelligence with test script processing that can execute tests without PC interaction and control other instruments. The DMM6500 can also enable you to upgrade without having to change test code; the DMM6500 emulates the Keithley 2000 DMM and the Keysight 34401A DMM. With USB and ethernet interfaces and optional GPIB, RS-232, and TSP-Link interfaces, the DMM6500 is the most versatile 6 ½-digit DMM available.
