For erecting temporary structures, HV bolts as per EN 14399-4 and nuts, washers, and EN 14399-6 double lock washers (minimum 300HV hardness) are required. Nuts are factory-coated with molybdenum disulfide - MoS2 - to reduce friction during tightening. To ensure consistent tightening parameters, use matching bolts, nuts, and washers from the same manufacturer. Class K1 assemblies are provided. K1 class assemblies are tightened in a mixed manner (two tightening stages). All necessary information is provided on the label for proper assembly.
